Day 7 - Woodpecker leader and a patchwork quilt
It's a tradition to add a patch of cloth to the tribe tapestry, whenever a child was born. Chief Peck was very happy to add two this day!
Day 8 - Bear Guardian with a Mushroom basket

This was a challenge by artist Alexandra Dikaia on Instagram. Different people got different character prompts based on varying combinations. These are my first four entries for the same.

"There's a tradition in my village, the first day of spring, we give tribute to the Bear spirit, praying for another bountiful and safe year. The Bear spirit, it is said, gave our ancestors courage and guided them to find this beautiful grove where we now live"
